Nhood Poland has won top prizes in three categories at the prestigious Europa Property CEE Retail Awards. The award ceremony took place on February 9, 2023 in Warsaw during the 15th edition of the competition.

The Europa Property CEE Retail Awards is one of the most prestigious commercial real estate competitions in Europe for investment and business development in the region. This year, the Nhood Poland team won 3 awards.

Wilanów Park – winner of the Future Project category

The winner in the Future Project category was the Wilanów Park project being developed by Nhood Poland in the Wilanów district of Warsaw. The mixed-use nature of the building will ensure that customers will spend time there from morning until late evening. It is a unique space where everything necessary to meet residents’ needs will be within a quarter of an hour of leaving home, in line with the 15-minute city concept. The development will be distinguished by a two-hectare public urban park with infrastructure for various urban and social activities and a year-round conservatory. The building is currently undergoing BREEAM Communities certification.

The Auchan Piaseczno Shopping Center – winner of the Refurbishment/Extension category

The remodeling of the Auchan Piaseczno Shopping Center won the top prize in the Refurbishment/Extention category. This is the longest-running site in Nhood Poland’s portfolio, and a few months ago it finished renovating and redesigning its new, comfortable and modern interior. The extensive renovation carried out in 2022 included the its entrances, ceilings, walkways and restrooms. New energy-efficient lighting was installed, attractive street furniture was introduced and the restaurant area was completely redesigned. The changes are reflected in the mall’s new logo, which features the Oshopping seal of approval. The seal applies to five areas of the mall’s operations. It confirms the high quality of services offered by the place, the convenience and comfort it provides, and the rich program of events for the local community.

Nhood Poland – developer of the year

In the Developer category, the award went to the Nhood Poland team. This year marks the second anniversary of the brand. Nhood Poland creates mixed-use projects in line with the 15-minute city concept and meet the needs of local communities. Its modern developments combine retail, entertainment, dining, offices and spaces dedicated to residents’ initiatives. Currently, the Nhood team is working on two mixed-use investments – Wilanów Park and the Góraszka Project. Nhood Poland provides professional services to the commercial real estate sector, including managing Ceetrus Poland’s 24 shopping centers and malls and being responsible for their commercialization. It currently manages retail space of nearly 700,000 sqm. In addition, the company is the exclusive commercializer of premises with a total retail area of more than 46 thousand sqm in 28 retail facilities with Auchan hypermarkets and supermarkets. Nhood Poland also manages investment areas owned by Ceetrus Poland.

Awards in dozens of categories were presented on February 9 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw.
