This year’s edition of the Shopping Center Forum will be held on September 22-23, 2021 at the Expo XXI Center in Warsaw. The list of exhibitors and partners features several dozen companies, including Nhood Poland. We will present our new brand and strategy for the first time to such a wide group from our industry.

The list of Shopping Center Forum CEE exhibitors includes over 30 companies from the commercial real estate sector and service providers, targeting the industry with their offer. Nhood Poland is an exhibitor at the Shopping Center Forum each year. This year, we will present our new corporate identity and strategy for triple positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy: People, Planet, Profit.

The assumptions of the new strategy and the approach to designing mixed-use investments will also be discussed during a meeting with Ada Walentek, CEO of Nhood Poland, entitled “A fifteen-minute city – a new customer in a new environment: the next stage in the development of mixed-use projects”, which will be conducted on the main stage of SCF CEE by the editors of Shopping Center Poland. The meeting will start on September 22 at 12:00 pm.

The two-day event at the Expo XXI Center in Warsaw will be an opportunity for talks, commercial negotiations, as well as to exchange opinions and present new projects. Visitors to SCF CEE 2021 will also have the opportunity to meet representatives of Nhood, who are responsible on a daily basis for cooperation with tenants in shopping centers and malls, and for business development.

During this year’s event, Nhood will present two new mixed-use projects that it is currently working on. The first is Wilanów Park, which is being developed in Warsaw at the intersection of Przyczółkowa, Prawna, Karuzela and Rzeczpospolitej streets. The second is a new city quarter in Piaseczno near Warsaw, on the site of a former trolleybus depot. During this year’s Shopping Center Forum, visitors will be able to find out more about various ways to get involved in new Nhood investments.
