Nhood Services Poland, which comprehensively manages the Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center, has begun renovating the interior of this site. Once the work is completed, customers will be able to enjoy the renovated arcades, where they will find places to relax. Installations will also be replaced, which will reduce energy and water consumption. Restrooms and entrances to the site will also be renovated. This will be another center with the Oshopping quality mark in the Nhood Services Poland portfolio.

Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center has been operating on the Silesian market for more than two decades. During this time, it has gained the trust of tenants, among whom are well-known Polish and international brands. Nhood Services Poland, which is responsible for the complex management of the site, has decided to renovate its interior. This will significantly increase the comfort of the shopping center, both for tenants and customers.

– The Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center, which we manage, is a shopping destination with high customer loyalty and good footfall. These features and the fact that the new retail park is being built in the neighborhood, made us decide to undertake a comprehensive renovation of the site. As a result, there will be a modern and recognizable shopping place in Silesia with a rich offer, which realizes the assumptions of sustainable development – says Aleksandra Dubrawska, Director of Property Management at Nhood Services Poland.

Interior metamorphosis

– Works in the Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center began on September 18 and will include a comprehensive renovation of the arcade, including replacement of floors, wall coverings and the ceiling. Decorative LED lighting will also be installed, which will not only affect the aesthetics of the interior, but also enable energy savings. During the renovation, all of the building’s installations will also be replaced, which will improve safety and reduce energy consumption – ads Jacek Bendyk, Technical Leader at Nhood Services Poland, who is responsible for the refurbishment of the site.

Materials in bright colors will be used to finish the space, which will modernize the interior. With the comfort of shoppers in mind, islands with comfortable seats will appear in the passages, where it will be possible to relax while shopping. The space will be decorated with natural greenery. The appearance of the interior of Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center will also be positively enhanced by the new arrangement of the entrances.

Planned change of visual identification

After the completed renovation, Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center will become the 10th location in Nhood Services Poland’s portfolio to receive the Oshopping Quality Mark, which confirms the availability of a wide retail offer, a variety of services, modern technologies, a permanent animation program for people of all ages, as well as the friendly atmosphere in the locations.

After the completed renovation, Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center will also receive a new visual identity and a new signage system in the shopping arcades.
