Nhood Services Poland, providing specialized services for the commercial real estate market, has created three business lines within its structure – Property & Asset Services (PAS), Development (DEV), and Resources, Fund & Investment (RFI). The change will allow the company to diversify its client portfolio and offer services tailored to their needs.

The new organizational structure is part of the implementation of the company’s vision, according to which Nhood Services Poland develops its operations as a provider of specialized and comprehensive services for the commercial real estate industry.

The new business lines – Property & Asset Services, Development, and Resources, Fund & Investment – will be managed by executives with long-standing ties to Nhood Services Poland: Ada Walentek, Marcin Stokowiec, and Michał Woźniak.

Property & Asset Services

Ada Walentek, Head of Market, Property & Asset Services (PAS), coordinates the work of the Nhood Services Poland team and is responsible for the development of property management services, including maintenance and cooperation with tenants. This business line also includes comprehensive commercialization services for retail spaces – from tenant-mix strategies, searching for tenants, contract negotiations, to signing and tenant coordination in managed properties.

An important area of Nhood’s services in Poland, for which Ada Walentek is responsible, is Asset Management, focusing on maximizing property value, preparing, implementing, and settling Asset Mmanagement strategies, as well as representing clients in dealings with counterparties. Within the line managed by Ada Walentek, the company also offers strategic and operational marketing services, reporting, ESG-related services, and Project Management in the scope of property management.

We also provide leasing services for the owner of Blue City in Warsaw and we are actively seeking new business partners. Through Asset Management services, we build the value of properties and develop them, recognizing the opportunities offered by their environment. This is how places for convenient shopping and services, valued by customers, are created,” emphasizes Ada Walentek.

Development (DEV)

Marcin Stokowiec, Head of Development (DEV) at Nhood Services Poland, oversees the line encompassing three service areas developed by the company. These include Development Management, which involves coordinating and managing actions aimed at the comprehensive implementation of investments – from planning to completion of the investment as a substitute investor. Another area is Project Management, which involves managing projects in the technical and administrative areas of investments. Nhood Services Poland also provides Land Advisory services, providing real estate advice for investors, developers, and property owners planning to purchase, sell, or develop their properties.

Resources, Fund and Investment (RFI)

Michał Woźniak, Head of Resources, Fund & Investment (RFI), CFO at Nhood Services Poland, is responsible for the line that combines the competencies of the company’s financial and legal departments to provide an external agency mandate offering for clients in the commercial real estate industry.

“Our many years of managing commercial properties, an immense scale of operations covering approximately 1600 agreements annually and nearly 30,000 invoices, extensive experience in transaction handling, along with stable tools, enable us to provide comprehensive services to real estate clients in lease contract management, as well as legal support in the negotiation process with tenants,” says Michał Woźniak, Head of RFI, CFO at Nhood Services Poland. “We also plan to expand our offering in the area of Capital Markets, which involves assisting in obtaining financing for projects, as well as seeking investors for joint venture initiatives and providing support in contract negotiations,” adds Michał Woźniak.

Within the Resources, Fund and Investment line, the team at Nhood Services Poland provides services in the sale of commercial properties and investment plots, as well as supporting other business lines of the company.

New Business Development

Anna Wysocka, the New Business Development Director, is responsible for building the portfolio of clients of services offered by the three new business lines.

Currently, Nhood Services Poland manages, collaborates with tenants, commercializes, and recommercializes in 24 shopping centers and malls owned by Ceetrus Poland and the Leroy Merlin shopping center in Wałbrzych. The company exclusively handles the leasing of premises totaling over 46,000 square meters in 28 shopping centers owned by Auchan Retail, and also provides its leasing services for the Blue City shopping center in Warsaw. Nhood Services Poland manages the implementation of innovative mixed-use projects in Warsaw and Góraszka and provides services related to the purchase and sale of land for investment.
