21. 02. 2024

Nhood Services Poland, which provides complete services for the real estate industry, is carrying out the development project of the Mikołów Park in Silesia and, at the same time, is holding advanced talks with tenants interested in being present in this site. The leasing level of the retail park under construction has reached 70 per cent and large international brands have announced their presence. The site is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The Mikołów Park will be a modern 5,400 GLA retail development which, together with the neighboring Auchan Mikołów Centre, will create a strong retail destination in the region. This potential and the business benefits resulting from the established position of the existing shopping centre, its diverse offer and wide customer base are recognized by the companies that have decided to open their shops in in the object being developed in Mikołów.

Among the tenants of the Mikołów Park retail space will be Drogeria dm, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo and TEDi. Agreements for the last available square metres are being finalized with electromarkets and the Sinsay brand. At the beginning of February 2024, the leasing level of Mikołów Park reached 70 per cent.

– Just two months after the start of construction of the Mikołów Park, we can boast a high level of leasing of its space. Brands that see the potential for traditional sales channels in this location, will open their shops. We are starting cooperation with strong brands, and Drogeria dm will be the first location of this partner in the portfolio of Nhood Services Poland. We invite other companies interested in a presence in Mikołów to cooperate with us, especially gastronomy or bakery – says Marcin Matysiak, Leasing Leader at Nhood Services Poland.

Mikołów Park is being constructed on part of the existing car park of the Auchan Mikołów Shopping Centre on the western side of the building.

– The positioning of the buildings will ensure that customers can freely enjoy the wide range of retail offerings and move from one location to the next with virtually ‘dry fee – says Marcin Wawiernia, Project Manager / Design & Concept Manager at Nhood Services Poland, responsible for the Mikołów Park.

The construction of Mikolow Park began in November 2023, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. The project will incorporate a number of green solutions, including renewable energy sources, a PV installation along with an energy bank. There are plans to plant 30 trees and shrubs throughout the complex, while the facades on selected parts will be covered with climbing greenery.

The project is being carried out by the Nhood Services Poland development team on behalf of Ceetrus Polska, which owns the property in Mikołów. The general contractor for the construction work is Infine.
