ASSET MANAGEMENT
We focus on maximizing the value of properties, preparing, implementing and settling the management strategy for entrusted assets, as well as representing customers in contacts with business partners.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We manage all stages of property operation. We optimize operating costs and improve energy efficiency.
We offer comprehensive commercialization services for retail space – from tenant-mix strategy, tenant acquisition, agreement negotiation, to agreement signing and tenant’s works coordination in managed facilities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Strategic and operational marketing services | reporting| services related to ESG| Project Management in the scope of property management.
DEVELOPMENT (DEV)
We organize and implement investments in their full scope, manage development projects, and provide Land Advisory services.
We begin our activities with a vision, and complete them on the target implementation of the investment.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
As a substitute investor, we coordinate and manage all activities aimed at comprehensive implementation of the investment – from the planning stage to the completion of the investment.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage projects in technical and administrative areas. We supervise and coordinate the fulfillment of the obligations of the consultants and work contractors involved. We monitor the compliance of activities with the schedule. We organize processes to ensure the necessary infrastructural elements, such as utility connections and road layouts, among others.
LAND ADVISORY
We advise investors, developers, property owners i.e. landlords who are planning to purchase, sell or develop areas related to their land.
RESOURCES, FUND & INVESTMENT (RFI)
We offer comprehensive services in the scope of settlement management and investment financing for the commercial real estate industry.
With many years of service to commercial facilities, powerful scale, extensive experience in handling transactions, and stable tools, we can provide real estate customers with comprehensive financial services.

– legal support in the process of negotiating agreements with tenants;

We are responsible for the daily operation, commercialization, marketing, development and provision of a diverse range of events addressed to local communities of 24 facilities: 22 Auchan Shopping Centers as well as Galeria Bronowice and Galeria Łomianki.
We are also working on three new mixed-use projects.

The mission of the Nhood Services Poland team is not only to provide comprehensive services for the commercial real estate industry, but also to inspire changes in cities and local communities.

Extensive network, local influence
We operate throughout Poland and draw on international experience.
We manage, are responsible for cooperation with tenants, commercialization and re-commercialization in 54 locations throughout Poland.
We provide Property and Asset Management services to 24 shopping centers and malls owned by Ceetrus Polska and the Leroy Merlin shopping center in Wałbrzych.
As a commercializer and re-commercializer, we represent the Owner i.e. Landlord of the Blue City shopping and entertainment center in Warsaw and are responsible for leasing 46,000 sq. m. GLA in 28 retail facilities with Auchan hypermarkets.
Together with our customers, we create multifunctional spaces.
We implement mixed-use projects tailored to the needs of local communities and the existing urban fabric.
We lead ambitious development projects and advise investors regarding the purchase and sale of investment areas.
